Busiro FC officially launched their 2025 campaign with a royal ceremony at their Sentema headquarters, presided over by Sebwana Charles Kiberu Kisiriza. The 2022 Masaza Cup champions unveiled a star-studded technical team led by head coach Denis Kiyimba, featuring ex-Uganda Cranes player Hassan Wasswa Muwanda as first assistant.

The veteran sports presenter, who has been with Salt Media for 10 consecutive years, dedicated his win to the organization’s CEO, Pastor Aloysius Bujjingo, for giving him a platform to excel.

Nakaseke FC emerged as the champions of the concluded Nakaseke District Football Association today. They secured the title after a 1-1 draw against Kapeke Balack Buffalos in a match played at Nakaseke FC's home ground in Mayirikiti where Nakaseke FC needed one point to be crowned as table leaders.
