MUKONO – National Unity Platform (NUP) president Robert Kyagulanyi Ssentamu was prevented from reaching his final campaign rally in Mukono Municipality on Saturday morning, sparking frustration among supporters who had gathered since early morning.

Members of the National Unity Platform (NUP) in Mukono District spent the day in heightened preparation as they readied to receive their party president, Hon. Robert Kyagulanyi Ssentamu, who is expected to tour the district tomorrow as part of his vote-seeking engagements.

In a strategic move to bolster support for President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni in the Kampala region, coordinators of the Statehouse-led Youth Wealth Creation Programme have been deployed to various divisions.
