The stage is set for an epic showdown as Uganda’s U17 women’s national team prepares to face Kenya in the second round of the FIFA U17 Women’s World Cup Qualifiers. The first leg will be played on March 8th at Nakivubo Stadium in Kampala, with the return leg scheduled for March 16th in Kenya. This is a crucial step on the path to the World Cup, and the excitement among fans is at an all-time high.

On the 8th day of camp at the FUFA Technical Center in Njeru, the Uganda U17 Boys National Team, known as the Cubs, continued their intense preparations with a clear goal in mind: not only to excel at the upcoming U17 AFCON but also to secure qualification for the U17 FIFA World Cup. The AFCON tournament, scheduled for March 30 to April 19, 2025, in Morocco, serves as a pathway to the global stage, and the Cubs are leaving no stone unturned in their quest to make history.
