

The Taibah Schools Badminton Tournament is set to make a grand return in 2025, with over 30 schools expected to compete in the prestigious event. The tournament, which was officially launched today at Taibah School’s Bwebajja Campus, will take place from March 14 to 16, 2025, at the Lugogo Indoor Stadium in Kampala.

The Uganda U17 women’s national team, known as the Teen Cranes, is gearing up for a high-stakes encounter against Kenya’s Junior Starlets in the FIFA U17 Women’s World Cup qualifiers. The match, part of the second round of qualifiers, promises to be a thrilling contest as both teams vie for a spot in the next stage.

In the latest fixtures of the Uganda Premier League, Vipers SC continued their dominance at the top of the table with a hard-fought 1-0 victory over Police FC.
