Education Ministry & NCS Seal Deal as Uganda Accelerates CHAN/AFCON Preparations  

KAMPALA, UGANDA – In a major boost for Uganda's 2027 AFCON hosting ambitions, the government has committed UGX 22 billion to construct a stateoftheart stadium at Makerere University, one of four Kampala venues slated for the continental showcase.

 Facility Upgrade: New terraces, modern lighting, VIP pavilion & drainage system underway
