President Museveni Urges Kigezi Leaders to Assess PDM Enterprises for Financial Viability

President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni has tasked leaders in the Kigezi sub-region to assess Parish Development Model (PDM) enterprises for their respective area beneficiaries and guide them on kibaro  (financial viability).  

The President highlighted the 27% of subsistence farmers in the Kigezi sub-region who urgently need to participate in the PDM initiative to achieve socio-economic transformation.  

He emphasized that it is the responsibility of leaders in their respective areas to lead by example and supervise PDM enterprises effectively.
