UPDF Ready for Military Drills as Gen Muhoozi Set to attend

The organising committee of the upcoming UPDF military drills has announced that all preparations are complete, with the event set to proceed as planned. Speaking during a press conference held today at Hotel Africana, officials, headed by Bob Kakuru, confirmed that Gen Muhoozi Kainerugaba, the Chief of Defence Forces, will attend the exercises in person.  
 
The committee called upon the public to turn up in large numbers to witness the drills, which are expected to showcase the army’s readiness and operational capabilities. The exercises are part of the UPDF’s routine training programs aimed at enhancing combat preparedness.  
 
Authorities assured the public of adequate security and logistical arrangements for smooth operations during the event. More details, including the exact date and venue, will be communicated in due course.
