Over 2000 Residents Survive Land Eviction, the Legitimate Owner Revealed

Over 2000 residents residing on four villages in Mityana District, who have for long-sought rescue, form Diana Akatukwasa wanting to evict them from their homes. Have finally found relief after Jonathan Micheal Musoke came up with documents verifying land ownership.

In the meeting at Katiko village, with residents from Kitiko A Katiko B, Gombe and Nkunya, Musooke the landowner apologized to the residents and said that he has no plans of evicting them. In addition, he narrated that Akatukwasa who went to America was acting as his lawyer to manage this land. Dumba Richard a resident says that he has always been suspicious of Diana as herself and the team always avoided media in all the meetings.

Judith Nabakooba the Mityana women MP always cautioned the residents not to pay any money to Akatukwasa as she had already found her not legitimate. The MP further thanked the legitimate owner of the land for not chasing the residents away from the land.
