PRESIDENT MUSEVENI OFFICIATES AT THE SCREENING OF "HIDDEN UGANDA" DOCUMENTARY

President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni officiated at the screening of "Hidden Uganda," a documentary showcasing the country's beauty and hidden gems. Speaking at Speke Resort Munyonyo, President Museveni highlighted Uganda's natural beauty, diverse attractions, and cultural heritage.

 

He noted that Uganda's unique culture and wildlife were preserved due to limited contact with foreigners. The President also revealed that Uganda is home to original Africans and unique wildlife, such as Ankole cows with yellow fat. 

President Museveni thanked the documentary's creator, Mr. Peter Greenberg, for promoting Uganda's uniqueness to the world. He assured that the government is working to enhance infrastructure to promote tourism. 

The Vice President, H.E. Jessica Alupo, commended the documentary for promoting Uganda's story. The CEO of Age Safaris, Ms. Diana Museveni Kyaremera, requested President Museveni to take Mr. Greenberg on a tour to showcase Uganda's history and people.

Mr. Greenberg thanked President Museveni for supporting the documentary, which will reach an audience of over 130 million.
