The presiding Magistrate, Specioza Avako, objected and remanded Stephen Mugeni Wasike to Masafu government prison until 16th June.
Stephen Mugeni Wasike was arrested at Busia border primary school, where he had been attending a community Baraza, by police detectives and the State House anti-corruption unit.
