Sembabule, Uganda - In a strategic move to revitalize their football fortunes, Mawogola County has unveiled a new executive committee under the stewardship of County Leader Muteesa John Kankaka. The ceremony, held at Sembabule District, marks a fresh start for the team that failed to progress beyond the group stages in last year's Masaza Cup tournament 2024
New Leadership for a New Era
The newly elected committee brings together experienced administrators and fresh faces, all committed to restoring Mawogola's competitive edge:

Addressing Past Shortcomings
The 2024 season proved disappointing for Mawogola, with the team failing to advance from their group. County Leader Muteesa acknowledged these challenges during the inauguration: "Last year's performance was unacceptable. This new committee has been tasked with implementing immediate reforms to ensure we compete at the highest level."
