Hariss International Limited, the makers of Rock Boom energy drink, have entered into a three-year partnership with the governing body of rugby in Uganda, the Uganda Rugby Union (URU), injecting a substantial sponsorship for the same period.

These funds will support the development of rugby talent across various clubs up to the national team level, with the primary beneficiaries being the national teams—specifically, the men's Rugby Cranes and the women's Lady Cranes.

Rugby in Uganda has been growing steadily, and with this boost, the country is preparing to compete in the Africa Cup scheduled for July.
