In a key moment that captured the spirit of the day, the President posed for official photographs with the newly elected members of the Central Executive Committee (CEC). This gathering of both experienced and fresh leadership underscores the NRM's enduring strength and its dedication to blending wisdom with new energy.
The newly elected team represents a broad spectrum of talent and dedication crucial to the party's "Push for Prosperity for All" agenda. Among those sharing the stage with the President was the Right Honourable Speaker of Parliament, Annette Anita Among, who was affirmed as the 2nd Deputy National Female Chairperson. Her elevated role is a testament to the NRM's unwavering commitment to women's leadership and its confidence in her capabilities to help steer the party to greater heights.
She was joined by a cohort of dynamic and respected leaders, including the renowned Hajj Haruna Kyeyune Kasolo, whose grassroots mobilisation and economic empowerment initiatives are widely celebrated.
