Mukono Think Tank Forum Joins Kabaka Birthday Run Campaign, Purchases 100 Kits

Mukono, Uganda – In a spirited show of solidarity, members of the Mukono Think Tank Forum have purchased 100 running kits to participate in the upcoming Kabaka Birthday Run, aimed at raising awareness and funds to combat HIV/AIDS and other diseases.

  Official Handover: The kits were officially received by Ssekiboobo Vincent Matovu Bintubizibu at the Ssaza Headquarters in Ggulu, Mukono.  
 Call to Action: Ssekiboobo Matovu urged parents in the forum to lead by example in the fight against HIV/AIDS and other health challenges.  
 Dignitaries Present: The event was attended by:  
   - Fred Yiga (Forum Chair & Former Assistant IGP)  
   - Christopher Yiga (Former Kampala Mayor)  

The Kabaka Birthday Run, themed around health awareness, aligns with the Buganda Kingdom’s efforts to promote community wellness. The Mukono Think Tank Forum’s participation underscores the importance of cross-sector collaboration in public health advocacy.
