House of Prayer Ministries Expands Church Girl Camp to Include Boys, Set for Saturday

The highly anticipated Church Girl Camp is set to resume this Saturday at Canaan Land in Makerere Kikoni, with a significant new development: for the first time, boys will be included in the program.

The announcement was made by Pastor Aloysious Bujjingo and his wife, Susan Makula Bujjingo, during a service at House of Prayer Ministries on Sunday, November 23, 2025.

Addressing the congregation, the leaders revealed that the camp, designed for holiday makers, will offer training in a variety of activities. Pastor Bujjingo explained that the decision to include boys was a direct response to persistent calls from the church community.

"This time, even boys will be part of this camp as a result of too much demand from the Christians who were complaining that boys were always left behind," Pastor Bujjingo stated, signalling a more inclusive approach to the church's youth ministry.

Susan Makula Bujjingo added to the excitement, promising a lineup of special guests who will address both participants and trainers on a range of topics. "There will be special guests who will be speaking to participants and trainers on different things," she told the public, though the names of the guests were not immediately disclosed.

In a move that will allow a wider audience to experience the event, the program will be professionally recorded and broadcast on Salt TV.

Adding to the significance of this session, Pastor Bujjingo confirmed that he will personally be in attendance throughout the camp, a commitment that underscores the importance the church is placing on this expanded initiative. The camp is expected to draw a large number of children and teenagers seeking spiritual and personal development during their school break.
