The Aged Family Uganda, an NGO that advocates for the rights of the elderly and is led by Nyanzi Fredrick, visited Sperinza Nambooze, a resident of Nabanoba Town Council in Mpigi District.

The recent instruction by the head of state where he openly criticised the loopholes in the Auto automatic express penalty system has left questions among   a section of road users, but much of the most affected are the drivers who were already penalized whether the tickets are to be cancelled.
