A keynote message from Rwenzururu King Charles Wesley Mumbere Irema-Ngoma, delivered by the Obusinga Bwa Rwenzururu Prime Minister, formally requested the government to elevate Kasese Municipality to city status. This appeal highlighted the area's significant growth, evidenced by the establishment of over 100 health centers, 264 primary schools, and 40 secondary schools since its inception. Â
