As RR Pearl One opens its doors, it symbolises both a family’s resilience and a nation’s progress.
Kampala, Uganda — In a poignant ceremony blending ambition and legacy, billionaire businessman Dr. Sudhir Ruparelia today unveiled Phase One of the RR Pearl Business Park’s Tower One, a Subfloor architectural marvel strategically located at the intersection of Yusuf Lule and Old Kiira Roads.
The tower stands as a tribute to his late son, Rajiv Ruparelia, who tragically passed away in a car accident earlier this year.
The event, marked by Havan prayers and attended by close family and business associates, underscored the Ruparelia Group’s unwavering commitment to transforming Uganda’s commercial landscape.
Dr. Ruparelia emphasised the tower’s significance: “This building consumed immense resources and time, but it is a testament to our faith in Uganda’s economic future and a homage to Rajiv’s vision.

. Prime Location. Situated near Kampala’s central business district, the tower offers unmatched access to diplomatic missions, transport hubs, and luxury residences.
.Cutting-Edge Design. The glassware structure boasts panoramic city views, energy-efficient systems, and 24/7 smart security.
Versatile Spaces. Flexible layouts cater to multinational corporations, startups, and retail outlets, with 360-car parking—a rarity in Kampala’s bustling core.
Sustainability. Eco-friendly features and green spaces align with global environmental standards.
The Ruparelia Group, a cornerstone of Uganda’s economy with investments in real estate, hospitality, and finance, continues to set benchmarks.
The RR Pearl Business Park—envisioned as a 10-tower hub—will eventually include a five-star hotel, shopping mall, and hospital, further cementing its status as East Africa’s premier business destination.
Dr. Ruparelia’s dedication to nation-building was palpable: “We invest not just in buildings, but in Uganda’s future.” The tower’s launch coincides with the group’s broader milestones, including the near-completion of East Africa’s largest convention centre at Speke Resort.
