One day to AFCON and the Uganda cranes team has so far spent 3 days in Egypt. While in a press conference Sebastian Desbre the Uganda cranes coach noted that the Egyptian weather is similar to the one of Abu Dhabi, therefore, the weather will not be an excuse for not performing.
Desabre added that since this is his first AFCON appearance, he intends to make history.
Denis Onyango the Cranes goalkeeper revealed that their main target right now is to defeat DRC in the first match. Onyango added that the last AFCON tournament was challenging, but this time around the team has more experience to perform much better.
In Egypt, the cranes are training at the contractor's stadium and using Radisson blue hotel a 5-star hotel in Cairo.
During the training, the FUFA officials always come in to support the player among which include: Moses Magogo the FUFA president, minister Nakiwala Kiyingi the deputy vice president Hamid Juma, Nicholas Kizza etc.
