Parliament Petitions Minister Bahati to Finance UBC for AFCON

The MPs demanded the ministry of finance to render money to the national television UBC for AFCON cup since Ugandans fell in love with the tournament

Kadaga petitioned minister Bahati to clarify on the matter of financing AFCON, on this the minister stated that he needs a letter from the ministry of education and sports applying for the money.

However, J.C Muyingo the state minister for higher education remarked that this does not fall in his ministry.

The speaker demanded the minister of ICT on behalf of UBC to work on this matter, and the speaker affirmed that Ugandans must watch the AFCON 2019.
