Uganda Olympics committee UOC combines up to 23 Olympic games in Uganda operating under international Olympics committee IOC together with 18 ambassadors from various countries are in Uganda to resolve legal matters the committee is faced with.
Some of the major issues to be considered in three days meeting in Sheraton hotel in Kampala are to ensure that athletes earn from sports activities, mostly they are to focus on establishing a sports tribunal or court in Uganda and Africa at large similar to the international court of arbitration for sports in Switzerland.
Dennis Lukambi head of UOC says that there is a lot to change so that players can benefit from sports.
They are to address issues and enact laws that will enhance athletes to get money from what they do.
This has come in a period when the UOC is preparing the renowned Olympics games 2019 in Tokyo Japan where Uganda will send several athletes to participate.
