The CHAN cranes squad number one goalkeeper Charles Lukwago has finally returned to national team after the 3 weeks of hamstring injury which acquired during the national league game between his KCCA FC vs. Express FC.
Lwakogo's return brings the number of goalkeepers on the team to 5 including: Alionzi Nafian, said Keni Joel Mutakubwa and Kiwanuka Buule being trained by Fred Kajoba.
Left back winger Mustapaha Kizza has rejoined the team after a successful journey to Switzerland where he went for a test.
Meanwhile, the Wakiso giants striker Vianney Sekajugo was drop from the squad after acquiring an injury, in the same way, Mike Mutyaba Is likely to be dumped over an injury.
The CHAN tournament is set to kick off on 4th April, Uganda has participated in all the last 3 competitions, the cranes has been placed in group C alongside Rwanda, Togo and Cameroon
