A corn mill built by the youth NGO "Team up" has been lauched in Kyooga village, Kamuli Ssabaddu, Kasanda district.
According to Resident District Commissioner Namulindwa Phoebe expressed concern over increasing murders in the district and urged youth to invest in the flour milling business peacefully.
The land for the mill was donated by 65-year-old Kitayimbwa Willy, a former district councilor.
Team-up leaders promise to raise the standards of local youth, and district authorities vow to support the project.
The machine can beat corn and pack it in boxes, bringing gratitude from local youth and leaders who have been suffering for many years.
