Frank Tumwebaze the minister of information ICT & communication has appealed the government to amend the laws the hinder national development.
Tumwebaze who was with Evelyn Anitte the minister for privatization and investment at Namanve to see off the kickoff of the construction of the Engo Holdings that will be manufacturing solar powered advanced technology gadgets and devices such as tablets and smartphones.
According to Hon. Tuwebaze the government wants to ensure that these products are manufactured within Uganda and exported to other nations since Uganda has been losing a lot of revenue through imports.

The minister further added that the government would avail everything necessary for such companies to function to full capacity.
