The Nakawa market vendors decry the market administrators over negligence of duties that have left the market garbage infested, something that has scared away the customers.

It is mainly the greens and fruits section that has suffered most as the garbage gathered from this part and other parts of the market take long to be cleared.

The garbage containers are not enough, worse still after getting filled it takes ages to be emptied, eventually they rot and fluids from the waste flow back to the market, this has left the vendors complaining as well as the market garbage collectors.
