The Busia deputy RDC Paul Kalikwani expressed distressed over the way the inappropriate of running operation wealth creation.

Kalikwani complained of the unfitting way of distributing resources since it is now done for the sake of it instead of doing the appropriate way. He further added that the residents are given the opposite of what they require as those who applied for goats are given maize and those who requested for mangoes are given cattle, although they are meant to receive items depending on what they requested according to their potential. More to that Kalikwani told the salt media reporter that unless the system changes, the operation wealth creation will nerve be fruitful.
