Last season (2018/2019) was the worst in 40 years for SC Villa in the national league, when the club narrowly survived relegation.
Worse still the club is faced with more trouble being that they have failed to meet the FUFA minimum requirements as stated by Ivan Kintu Bayige.
Though the club at the Nsambya Villa park in the presence of fans continues testing incoming players yet to join the team for the upcoming season, however, the challenge faced by the club left the fans shocked.
The FUFA officials say that Villa will stand no chance if they fail to meet the requirements on time.
More to that the club is likely to lose the Villa park since with a court injection the Uganda railway seized the field as the right full owner.
Being that Villa Park has been the training ground for the club for ages, losing the field may lead to losing the club as well as some of the fans say.
SC Villa has the richest history in the Uganda football being a 16b time champion of the national league and at least reached the African CAF champions league finals in 1991.
