Since 1996 the pearl of Africa rally championship has been running, making it 23 years, the organizers have launched this year’s tournament at shell Bugoloobi.

This time the tournament will entail four categories including the African challenge title in which various racers from all over Africa will participate, and other categories include NRC, RCR, 2WD. Arthur Blick is one of the Ugandan based racers participating in this competition, though this time he will be with a new navigator named George Ssemakula.

However this time the organizers have put more emphasis on the safety of the spectators/fans.

The first race will be at Busiika on the opening day and the next day it will in Kayunga sugar estate, Manvir Baryana a Kenyan merged a winner in the last year’ competitions.
