The government has introduced the national sports bill which will be harmonizing sports in the country.

The bill among others intended to regulate betting companies that have been benefiting from sports activities thereby restricting them by providing terms and conditions. While presenting the bill the minister of sports who is leading the national council of sports teams proposes the forthcoming bill to propel sports associations to liaise with anti-doping agencies in fighting the use of drugs in sports. While presenting the private member's bill engineer Moses Magogo proposes the bill to prohibit the use of fake kits which may be used that may not be used by other bodies.
