Following the knockout from the Uganda cup by Kajjansi FC at round 64, the Vipers SC fans ferociously attacked Edward Golola the manager over losing the last 2 games including the one of Uganda cup round 64.

As a result Lawrence Mulindwa the club proprietor answered the fans’ plea and fired Edward Golola together with his assistants as stated by the team spokesperson Abudul Wasike. In the same way, Peter Lwanga the CEO and Edie Butindo the technical director were fired, however the coach was fired as a result of conceding a defeat against a third league side.

The team spokesperson said that they are yet to announce the new coach, despite rumors that Wasswa Bossa has been appointed as one of the managers.

Meanwhile, vipers SC is still topping the Uganda premier league table with 4 points a head of KCCA FC.

Golola has been working with Waswa Richard, Moses Oloya, Edward Ssali etc. this is the third time Golola and his colleagues are being fire and brought back on board.
