The next cricket world cup will be held in India in 2023 following the recent 2019 cricket world cup that was in England the host and the champion.
Meanwhile, the qualifiers have already started, Uganda is among the teams participating in qualifiers. being among the best on the African continent, Uganda falls in the league B category. Therefore, yesterday a team of 14 player and 5 officials shifted to Oman to participate in the competitions.

Uganda will play five games starting with Jersey on 2nd - Dec, Kenya on 5th-dec, Bermuda on 6th-Dec, and Italy on 9th-dec and Hong Kong on the 11th –Dec. The team boarded yesterday to Oman for the competitions.
