He has been touring various parts of Uganda monitoring the progress of the Parish Development Model and is now in Bugisu.
He urged people to leave the mountains and let the work that needs to be done there be done there and allow trees to grow that will help support the soil.
He urged leaders to pay close attention to monitoring the irregularities in the government’s poverty alleviation programs such as the Parish Development model, floods, and others so that they can achieve their goal.
He pointed out that it would be advisable for the district agriculture officers to use the free government time to educate people about good farming and breeding as there are not too many to spread everywhere.
