Pr Bujjingo requested the president to consider the issue of the bank loans of the owner of the city arcade buildings, because the debts are getting out of hand. The pastor said that arcade owners are ready to pay back the loans, but the interest should be waived for at least 6 months so that they can also forego 3 months of tenants' rent.
When he was preaching the gospel to pass through the night, Pastor Aloysius Bujjingo has said that people should not be afraid or worried about the words of those who say that the situation may worsen or the we may see a recap of the lockdown.
Pastor Bujjingo alongside other pastors such as Pr Edward Kayizi, Pr Francis Mutaawe And Pr Sserwadda Kasaayi, emphasized the fact that challenges will always be there though they are here only to make us stronger.
Pr Bujjingo urged believers to surrender all issues that are beyond their control to the creator and God almighty, to avoid damaging their health or even loosing lives.
In the same way, he encouraged the believers to acknowledge that there are things they can do and there are things beyond their ability, this is what they should put in the hands of the creator.
At the same occasion, the pastor warned believers to be careful with the words they say in turbulence times like this. I assured them that even though they are facing various challenges, victory is not far from.
According to pastor Bujjingo, passing through the challenging times has helped many to understand the people they live with so that they can distinguish the right and the wrong people. He added that this situation should be a lesson and that people should not be afraid of any situation that may lead to losses, because he who can’t lose can't gain.
To all those who want to surrender, he urged not to give up, since quitters don’t win and winners don’t quit.
