Pr Bujjingo has railed the bosses that mistreat their workers as they regard themselves to be in a higher status. In his preaching pr Bujjingo urged employers to be mindful of the fact that they are neither the fast or the last to occupy those positions, thereof they ought to be humble, knowing that others will takeover after them.

In the same way, he said that one day somewhere the person you mistreated may be the one position and with power to see you through to what you need at particular moment.

Besides, the pastor admonished the employees not be hopeless because the God who created them will one day reward them and wipe away their tears.

 As he preached further, pr Bujjingo stated that no one should work towards being feared but rather to be respected, because the two are distinct.

To those who run business, advised that they need to be persuasive in their endeavors and treat all customers and prospects with respect irrespective of the appearance.

Regarding the tenants who think highly of themselves and mock their neighbours, the pastor urged such to wake up, avoid sarcasm and rather be supportive, otherwise the bad day are likely to overtake them before they know it.

As many are planning to get themselves life companions, pr Bujjingo recommended that they should rather consider morals, characters and wisdom of an individual instead of regarding riches and outer beauty that will see the marriage dissolve within few months.

More to that, pr Bujjingo urged workers to always be creative and relevant at workplace and wherever they are in order to keep progressing in life.

 Finally, the pastor denounced all those that lend money to their parents and seize properties as security, on top of that they go ahead to pressurize them and see them go to jail or even to the grave in worst-case scenario.
