While preaching at Canaan land HPMI, pr Bujjingo suggested to the government of Uganda that it should create a reference bureau to cater for the job seekers and to meet employers’ demands.

On the same note, the pastor said that the reference bureau should entail a database containing job seekers details including employment background, education qualifications and competences. The pastor further said that the bureau would help the employer to recruit competent and reliable workers.

In the same way, the bureau would be responsible for the workers they recommend to the employers. Therefore, in case of backfire or failing to deliver as expected the employer goes back to the bureau for another worker.
