On Tuesday night at 8:00 PM, an outbreak occurred. The first response arrived at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, three hours later. This delay affected over 200 vendors, including dealers in textiles, hardware, poultry, and hoteliers. The estimated loss is hundreds of millions of UGX, resulting in the destruction of goods, stalls, and cash. Â
