An elderly woman of 80, Namuddu Ruth Kasozi of Lukojjo kKsowera has initiated legal proceedings against Rashid Kalema AKA general mbadi, Ashraf Tumusiime, and Sebyaala David in court over trying to rape her while she had taken her goats to graze on her land
On the 7th of January 2022, a group led by Kalema AKA General tried to rape this old lady as she had gone to graze her goats. She says their main intention was forcing her away from her land with her grand children. She says she was rescued by the noise from her grand children who ran to get help
The lawyer of the accused Turyagenda Ivan was denied bail for his clients . He says that there bad intentions for his clients to rot in jail and that all the cases should be filed in one file, he says that there was no reason for his clients to be denied jail.
The judge has forwarded the case till 7th of February
