However Paulo Wakooko the Sironko district health officer has admitted the delay problem but says payment excises is being conducted by ministry of health but not his office as may are thinking.

He adds a delay in two sub counties has been caused by LCIs and VHTs themselves after writing mobile money numbers different from registration names yet payments are being conducted through mobile money.

He called for calm saying that the ministry has already solved that problem adding that soon they will get their money.

All LCIs and VHTs across the county are entitled to be paid 60,000/= each by government through ministry of health for supporting the net distribution excises.
