Floods Destroy City Shops

Today's downpour left the city suburbs devastated and several shops destroyed at Bakuli. The residents have appealed to the KCCA to work on the drainage channels along the Namirembe road.

The situation was brought about by the holes dug by the KCCA in the process of road construction, which leads to flooding whenever it rains heavily.

According to the residents, everything was fine until the KCCA road works sparked off along the Namirembe road. Therefore, it has become almost impossible for the resident to continue dwelling in this place.
