The president, parliament needs to do background check before appointment. – Pr. Bujjingo

President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni has always been urged to first do background checks on people he appoints, only to be disappointed later as they prove to be very corrupt.

During the last Sunday of the month service, the pastor of HPMI church Aloysius Bujjingo said that this is the time to restore sanity and integrity in the hearts of people in every organization and government as well.

Pastor Bujjingo requested the parliament through its committees especially the Parliamentary appointments committee to stop considering only the papers or education but they should do background checks on the people before they are approve them for the government positions.

He added that it should not stop with companies and government institutions, but even those who are planning to get married should do the same to avoid future regrets.

More to that the pastor urged workers to not look at their jobs as a source of wealth, but they should use this as platform to build a reputable name and legacy.

He said that in this era of COVID-19 disease that has caused economic crisis in every organization, many workers would be cut off most especially those with poor attitudes.

He warned parents that raise their children sluggishly thinking that they are giving them a good life, in the actual sense they setting them for a hell on earth, such will end up suffering in future.

On COVID-19 Pastor Bujjingo said that it was by God's mercy to see that Uganda survived the pandemic, more so diagnosed patients are being discharged every day and no one has died yet.

He also urged Ugandans to draw lessons for this situation of the lockdown and the pandemic as well.
