The pumpkin traders sink in losses as the quality continues to decorate due to farmers’ inadequacy.

According to the traders, the farmers irresponsibly harvester a mixture of immature and mature pumpkins and sell them at thing price.

 The customers tend to return the pumpkins on realizing that they immature and some choose to desert the traders, something that has crippled the business, according to Ssekandi a trader.

In the context, the traders appealed to the farmers to grow the local pumpkins, though they are small in size, it has the best taste, the most preferred on the market.
