As students prepare to start the first semester of this year, those in public schools in Mukono City have come out and highlighted the challenges they face this year.
Fredrick Kawumi Mbazira, Principal of Mukono High School, said some of the challenges include the laboratory and library which he said are a headache for the increasing number of children.
He said this when officials from Mukono district led by Deputy Presidential Adviser Mike Ssegawa and Head of Personnel Elizabeth Namanda visited the school to see what is being done at the school.
He recounted some of the achievements of his three-year wedding at the school.
Mike Ssegawa, Deputy RDC of Mukono, praised the achievements of the school and urged efforts to ensure that the school remains a community service.
Elizabeth Namanda, who is also the head of human resources, also commented on the achievements and commended Kawumi for making good use of the limited funds allocated by the government.
