Buddu Vows To Boycott Masaaza Cup Game Due to Heavy Penalties Over The Fans Clashing With Mawokota

On the 30th June Mawokota defeated Buddu 1-0 in Masaza cup tournament, after which the fans turned violent at Rober Kabirye a Buddu fan lost his life and several survived with critical injuries.

After a full week of analyzing the events, the Masaza cup federation led by Ssejengo Sulaiman came out with a conclusive report the left Buddu grumbling.

According to the report, Buddu will be fined cash and deducted 2 goals and 2 points. In addition, the match between Buddu and Mawokota that was supposed to be at Buddu’s home was transferred to Mandela international stadium Namboole.

In the same way the Abbas Byaruhanga the Buddu coach has been burned from the touchline for two consecutive games.

In conversation with the coach, he expressed hi distressed over the penalties and pledged that his team won’t feature at Namboole except the federation transports them.

In group B, Buddu now stands in the second position after the 2 points chopped off and Mawokota now tops the group with Bulemezi in the third position and Kooki seating at the bottom.
