Ugandans in diaspora working in the UAE enjoyed an opportunity to watch a game between Uganda cranes and Ivory Coast that was played in Abu Dhabi as Uganda grabbed a 1-0 victory.

Many Uganda UAE based fans had fun enjoying taking selfies with the Uganda Cranes players led by Denis Onyango the team captain, Farouk Miya, Hassan Wasswa and so forth.

Sebastian Desabre the Cranes coach said that this victory means a lot to the fans and the team.

The AFCON will kick off on 21 June Friday next week, Uganda cranes are expected to board to Egypt today. The Uganda Cranes are in group A together with DRC, Zimbabwe and Egypt the host.
