The swelling numbers of kidnaps have raised concern, which includes the recent one of NRM youth leader who was the chairperson of Youth For Justice. Kiddu Oprah Phibie went missing a few weeks ago, despite the efforts invested in searching for her, she has not yet been found.

The hopes have started to diminish since the police refer always refers the friends and family to the mortuary whenever approached.

Patrick Onyango the Kampala metropolitan police spokesperson confirmed that the case was reported to the Wandegeya police.

However, Onyanga expressed stating that these could be playing political tricks with selfish interests.
