Cheap General Hardware Store Gunned down by Armed Robbers Leaving Two Dead and several injured in Nansana

Armed robbers have attacked cheap hardware stores in Nansana in broad daylight and murdered two people and robbed the store.

Two people were shot dead and bodies are still in the store

Several were severely injured and rushed to the hospital.

The thieves stayed at the scene for several minutes executing their plan.

The robbers blocked Hoima road stretching from Kabumbi to Wakiso-Nansana for several minutes robbing the cheap hardware store, shooting several and leaving two dead.

They Stoped cars on both sides and people strayed away as bullets were flying all the place, the store is owned by Butebi a city tycoon. Big guns rang for some minutes without any police intervention. The cheap hardware store has guards though it is not yet known where they are. The police and army have been deployed heavily and many are still flocking in, though the robber after the loot jumped on their bikes and ran away.

The thugs came in with 4 bikes and started shooting while running away two bikes carried two bags of money and later two carried the robbers. It took a full hour for the police to get to the scene. The thieves didn’t look to be in the hurry as they took there time. The faces were all covered. Residents informed the nearby police about the incident and tried to plead with them to come in and rescue the residents but to no avail.
