A Man Found With A Gun And Arrested In Nansana

A man who has been hiding a gun in his house in Lugooba-Nabweru division in Nansana municipality has been arrested on terrorism allegations. Onen Chan a resident of Lugooba and tenant of Nsibambi Isaac who works with amnesty international and a driver to a judge.

The logooba chairperson stated that Onen was arrested as a result of brutalizing the wife and later he decided to relocate with all his items in the house. The wife Natukunda Sheeba narrated that while removing her stuff, landed on the gun.

Luke Oyesigire the assistant spokesperson for Kampala metropolitan police confirmed that Onen has been arrested and detained at Kawempe police for further investigation.
