Robbers Stab SACCO Treasury in a Broad Daylight

Two robbers narrowly survived death when they were brutalized to the point of losing their consciousness and unconsciously rolling in the dust. Paul Kaweesa 30, and Godfrey Agaba 23, residents of Kitebi in Rubaga division Kampala invaded Prossy Nakitende 25, in her Kawanda home and stabbed her with a knife in the neck leaving her in a critical condition.

Nakitende asserted that the 2 criminal attacked her in a broad daylight to steal the women SACCO money approximately Shs 1.5 million that she keeps as the SACCO treasury.

It could be the last time the two engage in such acts because of the terrible beating of their life and started avowing never to engage in robbery again.

Nakitendde recounted it was a horrible and terrorizing experience as she tried to escape from the two robbers, what shocked her most was that one of the two was a good friend of hers.

Ronald Nyaika the Kawanda police head said that on receiving the news of the robbery they instantly came to the scene.  meanwhile the neighbours of Nakitendde said that they are terrified by the fact the robbers attacked their neighbour in the broad daylight. Eventually, the police took over the situation and dragged the 2 robbers through the residents all the way to the Kawanda police station for the law to take its course.
